Lazy B*tch Kitchen | Pineapple Coconut Pound Cake Squares

Greetings everyone. We are back with another recipe for a perfect summer treat. During the summer I like to eat more fruit. Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits, but I can eat it to the point that tongue starts burning. This local store makes some of the best pound cake I’ve ever had. I wanted to combine both of those, and see how it turned out. This pound cake was a complete accident, and I love how it turned out. My virgo mercury is having a party right now.
Ingredients (12 Squares)
1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
1 (3.4 oz) Box of Vanilla Pudding Mix
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
⅓ Cup of Olive Oil
1 ½ Cup of Crushed Pineapple
⅔ Cup of Sweetened Flaked Coconut
½ TSP of Vanilla Extract
½ TBSP of Coconut Extract
Directions (9×13 pan)
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  3. Pour batter into a greased, and floured baking pan
  4. Bake for 38 minutes
