Lazy B*tch Kitchen | Vanilla Chia Seed Protein Pudding

Since I’m on a healthy (term used loosely) recipe spree? I’m not even sure what to call it. I just share what I make if I actually eat it. I don’t share what I don’t make. Anyways… I like chia seeds in pudding. I’m not a fan of them in water/drinks. The texture is too much for me to handle. You can customize this however you like.
This one has a whey protein shake base, but you can use a plant based protein. This is a really simple recipe that can be tailored to your taste buds. Add fruit, different syrups, dark greens (if you’re weird like that). The chia seed pudding combos are endless… in my opinion.

Ingredients (three 4oz puddings)
3 TBSP of Chia Seeds (1 TBSP)
3 TBSP of Vanilla Granola Cereal (1 TBSP)
One Vanilla Premier Protein (3 fl oz)
(3) 4 oz Mason Jars w/ plastic lids

Directions
  1. Add chia seeds & granola
  2. Pour protein shake until it’s close to filling container
  3. Mix thoroughly with a spoon before chia starts absorbing liquid
  4. Wait 1-2 hours, or overnight for better flavor
