Lazy B*tch Kitchen | Garlic Roasted Edamame

I was reflecting on my life choices. I figured that I should incorporate recipes that have vegetables. I’m not someone that will go out of their way to eat veggies. I have to prepare them with flavor. There’s nothing worse than plain, and boring steamed vegetables. Since #healthiswealth I’m gonna share my best roasted edamame.

Ingredients
Trader Joe’s Shelled Edamame
1 TBSP of Garlic Olive Oil
½ TBSP of Garlic Pepper Salt
1 TBSP of Paprika
2 TSP No Salt Seasoning

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C
  2. Toss all ingredients into bowl & thoroughly coat beans
  3. In a foil lined sheet pan, make sure that edamame are spread evenly in a single layer
  4. Roast for 10 minutes, turn edamame
  5. Pop back into oven for 6-8 minutes
