November Favorites 2016

Good morning everyone. Today I am here to share my favorites for the month of November. It’s been a rough month for me, lots of family issues going on. I figured I would share my favorites even though I haven’t been wearing a bunch of makeup, minus the products I share on my Instagram & here on the blog. I don’t have many favorites for this month, but I’m sure things will pick up this month and I’ll be back to doing a full face.

Kylie Cosmetics The Bronze Palette KyShadow

I’m a big fan of the kyshadow palettes. I have both this one and the burgundy, I didn’t pick up the holiday one. The holiday palette wasn’t my style, so I passed on that palette. The Bronze Palette has been my go to because it has a lot of mattes. I prefer eyeshadow palettes that have more mattes than shimmer. The eyeshadows have great pigmentation and blendability, and they aren’t patchy.

Customized M.A.C Eyebrow Palette

I’ve done an entire post dedicated to this palette, which you can find here. Given the fact that I haven’t been wearing much makeup, I do my eyebrows most days. It does a good job at framing my face and I get away with wearing little to no makeup if I have my eyebrows done. I also add a wax to seal my brows.

Nyx Cosmetics Liquid Suede Lipstick in Soft Spoken

I’ve taken a liking to the Nyx Liquid Suede Lipsticks, they are some of the most comfortable liquid lipsticks I have ever used. They are matte while still feeling hydrating. The only thing is that they aren’t completely transfer proof, so if I eat something it will fade. I’m not bothered by having to reapply throughout the day. Nyx also has a ton of awesome colors in this line, that I also really like. Soft Spoken is the perfect brown girl nude lip color, it doesn’t give me concealer lips or make me look like a corpse.

M.A.C Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Soft Spoken

I’m a huge fan of the extra dimension formula, Oh Darling being one of my favorite highlighters. When I caught wind of the fact that M.A.C was realsing these again and that they were PERMANENT, I was floored. I was so excited because M.A.C finally came to their senses and made the a part of their core line of products. I hope that M.A.C takes the opportiunity to add more powders to this line in the near future. Soft Frost is a white highlighter with inetsese violet pearl. It looks amazing on the skin, plus it’s a fun pop of color.

My November favorites are now finished. I hope that you enjoyed this post and let me know what types of posts you’d like to see here on my blog. I have some cool things up my sleeve for this month and I’m excited to share them with you all.

♥XOXO♥, Crystal Emme
